1. What is Fan-Manager.com?
   It is a unique online platform for both amateur and professional sports teams from around the world. It allows them to create a personalized online reality (not fantasy) sports game for their members/players/fans.
   All fans (or FanManagers as we call them) have additional motivation to give their opinion on different team-related issues, i.e. they will win points every time they vote, competing among each other for the TOP FanManager awards. Some of the teams may decide to provide additional physical rewards for their TOP FanManagers, such as team gear, tickets and even cash prizes.


2. Are you a fantasy sports game?
   Yes and No.
   On one hand, just as with the popular fantasy sports games, our platform will allow the sports fans to show their sports knowledge and compete among each other by doing so.
   On the other, we are the first internet platform that allows sports teams to provide a reality game solution directly to their supporters, improving communication, fan loyalty and satisfaction, while having the opportunity to use the collective opinion of the fans in the decision-making process.

   Our goal is to make Fan-Manager.com a simple and easy to use, but also engaging, interesting and effective both for the sports clubs, as well as their supporters.

1. I am an administrator/manager of a sports team. How do I create a customized site and reality game?
   The team registration and the game creation in Fan-Manager.com is easy and takes minutes.


2. We would like to register our team and use your unique platform, but do not have available the necessary human resources. Could you manage our game on our behalf?
   Although the set-up and administration process of your team's reality game will be simple and will likely not require significant time resources, we can help you. Please contact us for more information!

About FanManagers

1. How do I become a FanManager of my favorite sports team?
   At this point, you can register as a FanManager only for sports teams that have already set-up a reality game on our platform. If your favorite team is still not present on our platform, please send us an email with its name and we will inform you as soon as it becomes available.


2. How much does it cost to be a FanManager?
   Opening a FanManager account is FREE. Still, some teams (mostly professional) will have the option to provide additional services/benefits to their FanManagers, for which they might decide to charge a fee.


3. How do I win the TOP FanManager awards?
   In order to win points and get a higher FanManager ranking, you must participate in as many polls as possible. Each vote brings you points towards your total and you may get additional points depending on whether you have selected the correct or most popular answer(s).


4. Who do I compete against in the reality game?
   You will compete against all other registered FanMangers of your favourite team. Although your collective goal is to help the team by voting and giving your opinion on important issues, you will also compete against each other for the TOP FanManager awards of your team!
